Death

The past week has not been good. The moment i start work yesterday, 3 patients has pass away. One of whom i take care of, the Hakka grandma. Another 2 patients was pending death. In my workline, i should be used to it. But in fact, i have not face with so many deaths before.

The friday a week back, my uncle pass away. My aunt found him already stiff in a sleeping position. There was no pain or grimace in his face. He was not a known hypertensive but coroner's report is heart attack due to high blood pressure.

I was not particularly sad but it feels weird that the person you grow up seeing is not present anymore. I'm more worried about my aunt. I know that she really cares for her husband although he was not at home most of the times. But i also know that she's a strong woman. Her 4 children have been very supportive. My family are also helping in ways that we can. Only in an event like this do you realise the importance of a bonded family. There are still a lot of issues to settle. Hope everything will go well.
